None of them were unlocked. I have to buy a new phone when I got to my vacation destination. None of the phone was Unlocked. I bought 3 of them one for me and the other two was for my Nephews. I was wondering if the vendor can help me unlock them. If the phone was supose to be unlocked why was the phone locked?

Phome did not last 2months before it stop working.. Look at the battery part and found that the Red Dot had been cover over with a white dot. .Do not trust the seller...Purchase phone as New.

I love the photo that Desire was able to take, which was one of the reasons I bought it other than good price. But after using for 1+ year, it was quite disappointing to find too many uncontrollable process running in the phone. I am quite technical but there were no available means to kill the processes. I have to charge it every night in order to use during the day for half of the day. Then need to charge again in the afternoon. If I do not charge the phone before goes to bed, even 50% battery will run dry the next day without even being used overnight. Before HTC Desire I was an IPhone user. I'm switching back to IPhone.

Excelente Telefono, no tiene nada que envidiarle a un iphone, gran cantidad de aplicaciones en Android Market, muy rapido, interface intuitiva, hasta ahora todas las aplicaciones se ejecutan muy bien, lo he probado con sim cards de los 3 operadores telefónicos en Venezuela y funciono adecuadamente, el único inconveniente que se debe tener en cuenta es lo poco que dura la bateria , opte por comprar un cargador de automovil ,en definitiva excelente inversión.

It was a gift. ATT store had hard time to make it work to receive data. Then it worked fine. But it stopped ringing after 1 month. People were complaining that I was not hearing their calls. Battery life is worse than any phone.Also battery is not easily removable. You may break the door if you do nt ay attention when removing. You cannot browse the Internet .It is slowwww because it is not 3G. It is a nice looking phone and nice screen but it is not worth more than $100.00 ( similar ATT Inspire) .

This phone is amazing there is so much you can do with it. The phone first came with Android 1.6, but I later updated to Android 2.1 and it made it alot faster and better to work with. The battery life on this phone is not so great it does not last a whole day. You can also use this phone as a mp3 player and it works really well. It is not as fast as the newer phones and when I download certain apps it slows down. The internet browser is awesome and you can watch flash based websites. The google apps work really well and I love the google calendar that syncs with the google calendar on my PC. It is an awesome phone, but it is not as fast as newer phones out there and the I wished the battery life was better on it.

I bought this phone because it was advertised as having wifi calling and portable hotspot. It does have a thing that say hotspot but it wont turn on. So after T-Mobile replacing the phone twice I finally contacted HTC only to find out that this phone does not support hotspot. So basically I wasted alot of money on a phone that doesnt do what it said it would. Glad my contract is up in a few months so I can find something else. It's an ok phone otherwise but has no memory even with an SD Card because alot of things wont save to the card. It wants to keep them on the phone for some reason. Also the battery doesnt stay charged all day. All in all, I would not buy this phone.

This phone didn't last no time no more than 3 weeks. I had to Power it on and off for it to work. The touch screen wasn't working properly. I had to use the house button and back button on the inside. Eventually the touch screen went out completely. I was unable to use the phone (period) I had text messages I couldn't check and calls I couldn't answer. This phone suck, I wouldn't recommend it to no one. Now that I think about it I had one of these phones once before and kept having problems out of it. I feel the Seller knew this phone was defective when they put it online.

After 3-4 different BlackBerry models, my wife and I decided we wanted to get something that was a little more versatile. The Amaze had the latest 1.5 GHz Dual Core Processor with 1 GHz of RAM, an 8 mp camera and was T-Mobile's top of the line Android so we chose the best of the best! As it stated, it was an extremely fast phone with plenty of versatility but... What we didn't anticipate was the battery life that it takes to do all of those really cool things compared to our old, battery miser BlackBerries! Once we learned how to manage our battery life by turning off options we weren't using - and bought external battery chargers to keep with us so that we didn't have to just pretend like our phone could do this and that but never use them to make batteries last... WE LOVE THEM!! We tried LG G2x's before these and they were junk compared to HTC's technology and user friendly layout!!

I love this phone. Liked it so much I bought a second for my wife! I was going to get a One series, but the non-removable battery wasn't an option as I travel so much and need to swap when needed. Both the 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras are great. I use the front for Skype when traveling and the wife loves the quality over my laptop's built in camera. The dedicated camera and video buttons are a nice feature compared to my old Desire. Only real fault is the button lights on the home row bleed into the screen area. Now T-Mobile needs to hurry with the Ice Cream Sandwich update!

Mine shuts off and restarts, on average, about 3 times a day. No good help from HTC, so I'm just counting the days until I can get rid of it. The physical design is irritiating too: protruding screen, full back comes off, and it's difficult to hold. However, the camera and screen resolution are nice. Overall, avoid it if at all possible. Lots of problems you won't get any help with.

I love this phone, is gorgeous. Amazing screen. Full HD video. Pictures are average for a 8mps phone. Battery is the only con. It will last less than a day if you use it constantly. Great capacity. Very fast to start and process applications. Good volume. Had this one with an IPhone 4S for a week and HTC is far better in most aspects. Get a screen protector since does not come with one. WiFi antenna is strong. Best overall smartphone on the market as today.

Just be sure to get a case when you're buying the phone... not only to provide protection from possible bumps and scrapes, but also to help keep the device clean (Especially if you bought the 'WHITE' Model).

Before i bought this i thoroughly read the reviews available on Amazon at that point which helped me get what i was really looking for: a 32GB Memory Quard core, etc.This phone is totally awesome. Speed is great, graphics excellent, sound is simply put..... a real bad boy! I am on a world travel now and i dont miss my camera even a bit. Great integration into any number of devices and storage you may have plus good speed for VPN connections. The battery could have been better so get yourself a mobile power source especially if you are using a lot of the mobile features. No SD slots so go for the 32GB if you need a lot of space and get a BT storage device if absolutely necessary else simply make a selection of files available offline as and when you see the need.
A great piece of smart phone for business and fun.

If you're looking for a good smartphone, this is a smart choice. Few things to note though, like most smartphones, the battery time sucks, and the volume on the phone is not very loud

I'm a late comer to the smartphone parade - (or the 21st century, depending on your perspective), but I was intent on buying an Android phone, and this one fit the bill. It's a sleek, responsive, high utility phone, and because of its unlocked nature, I was able to get a very good deal with Simple Mobile, getting unlimited talk, text, and web access (3G) for $40 a month. Couldn't be happier.

impressive phone. I bought for a month long trip to New Zealand and it worked great. Bought a sim card in airport for 2 gigs for $40 us dollars. Used skype and it as a hotspot for 4 other devices at times. The guy at the vodafone store did like 5 different things to settings to get to work so it is not very simple to know how to set up. this works in the states on the T-mobile network but I have not been able to get it to work on at&t network. Not sure why a real bummer as I just wanted a 1 time sim card data and t mobile is monthly charge. camera and several workings and feeling of phone surpassed my Motorola Bionic. Camera better than bionic too.

I hated my iPhone 4S. I loved my Droid X and turned it back on and gave away my iPhone to a friend. My Droid was old and acting slow so i ordered this phone. I still have over a year to renew my Verizon contract, so this phone worked perfect. I don't like that the technology is older, but it serves it's purpose. I like that most times it doesn't take forever to turn on. It turns right on and I can use it right away. i will stick to a droid phone or something similar when I renew with Verizon, if I stay with them.

I had ordered this phone with a 2 year contract 11 months ago. I had to replace the phone after only 8 months because of a defective charging port. When I brought the phone to my local Verizon store, they basically told me that it is an extremely common problem with the Incredible 2. After only having the replacement phone for 3 months, the same problem happened and I have to get ANOTHER replacement!! This is 2 replacment phones and I'm less than a year into my contract! I am stuck with this phone for another year, I will most likely have to replace it a couple more times by then. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!
